四、操作规程： 

★**先将CO2钢瓶与箱体用高压氧气管连接；

★打开箱体的侧盖，把加湿器的水箱取下，把水注满调节喷雾量大小（顺时针为大、，逆时针为小）；

★ 将经过处理的试件放入碳化箱内的铁架上，各试件经受碳化的表面的间距至少不小于50mm；

Four, TH-W wall brick carbonization test box operation rules:

★ ** First connect the CO2 steel cylinder to the box with a high-pressure oxygen pipe;

★ Open the side cover of the box, remove the water tank of the humidifier, and fill the water to adjust the spray volume (large clockwise, small counterclockwise);

五、结构及工作原理：

★该碳化试验箱为一个密闭的箱体，试件放置在箱体内隔板上，然后通过微电脑控制按设定的温度、相对湿度、CO2 浓度进行自动控制，以保证箱内恒温、恒湿、CO2浓度恒定。碳化试验箱主要由箱体、温度、湿度、**浓度一体化控制系统等组成。

★箱体的外箱板采用冷轧钢板，静电粉末喷塑，内胆采用**压花铝板，保温层采用聚氨酯整体发泡制成。搁板采用塑架制成。具有良好的保温性，密封性，耐腐蚀性能。

★控温控湿系统

碳化试验箱温度传感器测得箱内的温度低于控制值下A，控制仪发出指令，加热元件开始工作(反之，温度高于控制值上A，控制仪发出指令压缩机工作)，当箱内温度达到温度控制值时，加热元件或压缩机停止工作，从而达到箱内温度恒定的目的。

★控湿系统

该试验箱采用吸湿性好的变色硅去湿，当箱体内温度高于控制值上A，湿度控制仪表输出信号指令工作，达到上限控制值内回差时自动停止工作。当箱内湿度低于控制值下A，控制仪输出指令，加湿器开启喷湿。湿度达到期下限控制值内回差时自动停止。

(注：加湿器内请加注蒸馏水，以确保加湿器的工作寿命。)

★**控制系统

砖碳化试验箱**浓度控制传感器采用进口原装红外线**测控模块，测得被测气体浓度相对应的电信号，通过控制仪分析判断。输出控制信号给气路系统执行元件，以控制**气体的供给系统的开启或关闭。

V. Structure and working principle of TH-W wall brick carbonization test box:

★ The carbonization test box is a closed box. The test piece is placed on the partition in the box and then controlled automatically by the microcomputer control according to the set temperature, relative humidity and CO2 concentration to ensure the constant temperature, CO2 concentration is constant. The carbonization test box is mainly composed of a cabinet, an integrated control system for temperature, humidity, and carbon dioxide concentration.

★ The outer box of the box is made of cold-rolled steel plate, electrostatic powder spraying, the inner tank is made of high-quality embossed aluminum plate, and the insulation layer is made of polyurethane foam. Shelves are made of plastic. Has good thermal insulation, sealing and corrosion resistance.

★ Temperature and humidity control system

The temperature sensor in the carbonization test box measured that the temperature inside the box was lower than the control value A, the controller issued a command, and the heating element started to work (conversely, when the temperature was higher than the control value A, the controller issued a command to the compressor to work). When the temperature reaches the temperature control value, the heating element or compressor stops working, so as to achieve the purpose of constant temperature in the box.

★ Humidity Control System

The test box uses dehumidifying silicon with good hygroscopicity to dehumidify. When the temperature inside the box is higher than the control value A, the humidity control instrument outputs a signal command to work, and it automatically stops working when it reaches the upper limit control value. When the humidity in the box is lower than the control value A, the controller outputs a command and the humidifier turns on spraying. When the humidity reaches the hysteresis within the lower limit control value, it will automatically stop.

(Note: Please add distilled water to the humidifier to ensure the working life of the humidifier.)

★ CO2 control system

The carbon dioxide concentration control sensor of the brick carbonization test box adopts imported original infrared carbon dioxide measurement and control module. The electrical signal corresponding to the measured gas concentration is measured and analyzed by the controller. Output control signals to the gas path system actuators to control the opening or closing of the carbon dioxide gas supply system.

六、安装与调试：

★箱体应置于通风、干燥、平整、无腐蚀介质的环境中使用。箱体放置应水平、稳定。试验箱所用电源为（220V AC）。电源建议采用稳压电源及专用电源。工业用CO2气瓶管从控制面板下进入，不能有漏气现象。

★使用应在箱体**位后静止24小时方能使用。先向箱内湿度传感器塑料瓶内加入蒸馏水，加湿器水箱内加入蒸馏水。关好箱门，接通电源，开启电源开关。即可工作。（出厂时已按碳化试验要求设置好所需数值。）

Six, TH-W wall brick carbonization test box installation and commissioning:

★ The cabinet should be used in a ventilated, dry, flat, non-corrosive medium. The cabinet should be placed horizontally and stably. The power used in the test box is (220V AC). Power supply is recommended to use regulated power supply and dedicated power supply. The industrial CO2 gas cylinder tube enters from under the control panel, and there must be no air leakage.

★ It should be allowed to stand for 24 hours after use in the cabinet ** position. First add distilled water to the plastic bottle of the humidity sensor in the box, and add distilled water to the water tank of the humidifier. Close the door, turn on the power, and turn on the power switch. Just work. (The required values have been set according to the carbonization test requirements when leaving the factory.)

七、故障及排除方法：

★仪表不显示或显示不工作，电源未接通插头与插座接触是否良好，电源开关是否完好，工作灯是否亮，检查其两端是否有电，否则更换新开关。仪表的输入、输出线是否脱落或接触不良，检查方法从电源插座开始顺线路依次序检查。如上端有电，下端没有，即为该部分出故障。

★**系统不加气、仪表是否完好、指示灯是否亮、电磁阀是否工作。

Seven, TH-W wall brick carbonization test box failure and troubleshooting methods:

★ The meter does not display or does not work, whether the plug is in good contact with the socket when the power is not connected, whether the power switch is intact, whether the work light is on, and whether there is power at both ends, otherwise replace the new switch. Check whether the input and output wires of the meter are disconnected or not in good contact. If there is power at the upper end and no at the lower end, the part is faulty.

★ The carbon dioxide system is not refilled, the instrument is intact, the indicator light is on, and the solenoid valve is working.
