四，使用方法：
★被测物尺寸：长度 150MM、宽度150mm、厚度 75mm；休积大于500cm3；
★环境温度：23±2℃ 环境湿度：50±5﹪
★泡水液：蒸馏后至少放置 48小时的蒸馏水；
★将硬质泡沫切割成长 150MM宽 150毫米厚 75mm的正方形被测物。
★将试样放于天平上，称量干燥后的试样重量（m1），准确至 0.1g，并记录。
★悬挂网笼浸入蒸馏水中，除去悬挂网笼表层气泡，挂于天平的下称钩上，称其表现重量（m2），准确至 0.1g，并记录下来，记住后将悬挂网笼取下。

♦使用方法：
1，将试件厚度调节器调节到25mm刻度处，松开样品加紧螺丝，将试件尺寸为50*50的样件放入安放槽内，旋紧样品夹紧螺丝压紧试件。
2，用切片刀沿切样器平台表面将多余的样品切除，为确保样品上部平整，可用切片厚度调节器调节出0.3mm，用切片刀将样品齐边。
3切片厚度调节器调节出所需切片厚度（顺时针为挤出样品，逆时针为样品退回样品安放槽），但应加上刀刃的厚度，切片刀刃厚度约为0.15-0.2mm，例如：切0.1mm厚度时应旋出0.3mm左右，再用切片机进行切片。
