TCY-30推出法砂浆强度检测仪

推出法砂浆强度检测仪是依据国家标准GB/T50315《砌体工程现场检测技术标准》中“推出法”的技术要求所研制的测试砌筑砂浆强度的专用仪器。其使用方法是在砌体的一块砖上测试砌体的砂浆强度，将被测砖面及侧面的砂浆清除，把仪器安装在砖上手动加荷侧向推砖，当砖被推出时，由高精度的荷载传感器通过仪表峰值显示器将力值显示出来，然后换算为砂浆强度。

The launching mortar strength tester is a special instrument developed to test the strength of masonry mortars in accordance with the technical requirements of the "rolling out method" in the national standard GB / T50315 "Technical Standards for On-site Inspection of Masonry Engineering". The method of use is to test the strength of the mortar on a brick of the masonry, remove the mortar on the tested brick surface and the side, install the instrument on the brick and manually load the bricks laterally. The high-precision load sensor displays the force value through the instrument peak display, and then converts it into mortar strength.

（4）、测试前，被推丁砖应编号，并详细记录墙体的外观情况。

(2) The pressure-bearing surface of the pushed brick can be smoothed with a grinding wheel and should be cleaned up.

(3) The thickness of the horizontal gray joint under the pushed brick shall be 8-12mm.

(4) Before the test, the pushed bricks should be numbered, and the appearance of the wall should be recorded in detail.
