贯入式混凝土强度检测仪

贯入式混凝土强度检测仪依据美圆ASTMC803—82标准的贯入阻力原理．采用压缩弹簧加载荷，把一钢制测钉贯入混凝土中。根据测钉的贯入深度来判定混凝土的强度。测钉的贯入深度与混凝土的强度成反比。

The penetrating concrete strength tester is based on the penetrating resistance principle of USMC ASTMC803-82 standard. A compression spring is used to load a steel stud into the concrete. Determine the strength of the concrete based on the penetration depth of the studs. The penetration depth of the stylus is inversely proportional to the strength of the concrete.

贯入式混凝土强度检测仪即测钉贯入的越深，说明混凝土的强度越低。测钉贯入的越浅，混凝土的强度越高。通过在实验室对大量不同配合比的圆柱体试件和立方体试件进行实测，取得了大量数据。并以此数据，建立起混凝土强度与贯入深度的关系曲线。实践证明，其测试精度完全可以满足国家标准中规定的要求。

The penetrating concrete strength tester means that the deeper the penetration of the nail, the lower the strength of the concrete. The shallower the penetration of the nail, the higher the strength of the concrete. A large amount of data was obtained by measuring a large number of cylindrical specimens and cube specimens with different mixing ratios in the laboratory. Based on this data, the relationship curve between concrete strength and penetration depth is established. Practice has proved that its test accuracy can fully meet the requirements specified in national standards.
