砂浆稠度检测仪

一、砂浆稠度仪产品简介：

依据建筑砂浆基本性能试验方法**标准设计制造，采用特殊刻度圆盘指示表。用于确定配合比或施工过程中控制砂浆的稠度，以达到控制用水量的目的。用来测定砂浆的流动性稠度。砂浆的稠度是用一定几何形状和重量的标准圆锥体以其自身的重量自由地沉入砂浆混合物中沉度的厘米数来表示。

三、砂浆稠度仪使用方法：

★将搅拌好的试验用砂浆放入锥形盛料容器内。

★提起刻度尺，将横臂下降至适当位置（必须使刻度尺有足够下沉长度），让锥体A与容器内的砂浆混合物表面上端面正好接触，将数显标尺调零。

★松开刻度尺，让标准锥体以其自身重量沉入砂浆混合物中。

★待标准锥体不再往砂浆中沉入时，此时可以直接从数显标尺上读出所测的沉入深度。

★ Put the stirred test mortar into the conical container.

★ Lift the scale and lower the cross arm to an appropriate position (the scale must have a sufficient sinking length), so that the cone A is in direct contact with the upper end surface of the mortar mixture surface in the container, and the digital display scale is zeroed.

★ Release the scale and let the standard cone sink into the mortar mixture with its own weight.

★ When the standard cone no longer sinks into the mortar, the measured sinking depth can be read directly from the digital scale at this time.

四、砂浆稠度仪技术要求：

★带动刻度盘的齿条应清洁、无变形。

★刻度盘位置固定，刻度线应清晰、无变形。

★滑杆及试锥表面应平直光滑，依靠自重自由下落，不得有紧涩和旷动。

★试锥与滑杆总质量300±2g。

★试锥尺寸：高度145±1mm，锥底直径为75±1mm ，锥角30±1°。

★在试锥与底座平面接触的情况下，试锥的zui大偏离度不超过1.5mm。

★圆锥形金属筒尺寸：高度180mm±2mm，锥底直径150±2mm。

★ The position of the scale is fixed, and the scale line should be clear and free of deformation.

★ The surface of the slide bar and test cone should be straight and smooth, and they should fall freely on their own weight, without any tightness or loose movement.

★ The total mass of test cone and slider is 300 ± 2g.

★ Test cone size: height 145 ± 1mm, cone bottom diameter is 75 ± 1mm, cone angle 30 ± 1 °.

★ When the test cone is in contact with the plane of the base, the maximum deviation of the test cone does not exceed 1.5mm.

★ Conical metal cylinder size: height 180mm ± 2mm, cone bottom diameter 150 ± 2mm.

五、砂浆稠度仪维护保养：

★标准试锥存放或使用时，应注意严加保护，不得碰伤标准锥体的外锥面和锥体A。

★试验完毕后，仪器应清洗干净，并涂上防锈脂。

★仪器不用时加罩保存。

Fifth, maintenance of mortar consistency meter:

六、砂浆稠度仪结构：

仪器主要由底盘、支架、数显标尺、标准试锥（连刻度尺）和盛料容器组成。

底盘和立柱使用键、弹簧垫圈和螺母连接在一起。横臂上由两个紧定螺钉分别控制它在立柱上上下滑动和刻度尺在它上面滑动。松开立柱上的左边紧定螺钉，横臂可以上下移动，然后固定在所需的位置上。

数显标尺在如图横臂右边，数显标尺在任意位置可调零，标准试锥体的垂直沉入深度可以直接在标尺读出。

Structure of mortar consistency meter:

The instrument is mainly composed of a chassis, a stand, a digital display scale, a standard test cone (with a scale), and a container for the material.

The chassis and uprights are connected using keys, spring washers and nuts. Two set screws on the cross arm respectively control it to slide up and down on the column and the scale to slide on it. Loosen the left set screw on the post, the cross arm can be moved up and down, and then fixed in the desired position.

The digital display scale is on the right of the horizontal arm of the figure. The digital display scale can be adjusted to zero at any position. The vertical sinking depth of the standard test cone can be read directly on the scale.
