三、操作步骤:
★从测定初始读数起,每隔2h 浇水1 次。连续浇水4 次。以后每隔4h 浇水1 次。保湿养护至要求龄期,测定3d、7d 试件高度读数。
★从测量初始读数开始,测量装置和试件应保持静止不动,并不受振动。
★灌浆料用水量按流动度为250±10nirn 的用水量。
★灌浆料加水搅拌均匀后立即灌模。从玻璃板的一侧灌入。当灌到50mm左右高度时,用捣板在试模的每一侧插捣6 次,中间部位也插捣6 次。灌到90mm高度时,和前面相同再做插捣,尽量排出气体。后一层灌浆料要一次灌至两侧流出灌浆料为止。要尽量减少灌浆料对玻璃板产生的向上冲浮作用。
★玻璃板两侧灌浆料表面,用小刀轻轻抹成斜坡,斜坡的高边与玻璃相平。斜坡的低边与试模内侧顶面相平。抹斜坡的时间不应超过30s。成型温度、养护温度均为(20±3)℃。
★做完斜坡,把百分表测量头垂放在玻璃板上,在30s 内记录百分表读数。为初始读数。
★测定初始读数后30s 内,玻璃板两侧灌浆料表面盖上二层湿棉布。
★竖向膨胀率计算:
式中——竖向膨胀率;t ε
h0 ——试件高度的初始读数(mm);
ht ——试件龄期为t 时的高度读数(mm);
h ——试件基准高度100(mm)。
试验结果取一组三个试件的算术平均值,计算**至10-2。

★ The water consumption of the grout is based on the water consumption of 250 ± 10nirn.
★ Fill the mold with water and stir evenly. Fill from one side of the glass plate. When pouring to a height of about 50mm, use a tamping board to insert 6 times on each side of the test mold, and also insert 6 times in the middle. When pouring to a height of 90mm, do the same as before, and try to exhaust the gas. The next layer of grout should be filled at one time until the grout flows out from both sides. It is necessary to minimize the upward flushing effect of the grout on the glass plate.
★ Fill the surface of the slurry on both sides of the glass plate with a knife and gently wipe it into a slope. The lower edge of the ramp is flush with the top surface on the inside of the test pattern. The time for wiping the slope should not exceed 30s. The molding temperature and curing temperature are both (20 ± 3) ℃.
★ After finishing the slope, lay the measuring head of the dial indicator on the glass plate, and record the dial indicator reading within 30s. Is the initial reading.
★ Within 30s of the initial reading, cover the two sides of the glass plate with two layers of wet cotton on the surface of the grout.
★ Calculation of vertical expansion rate:

The test results are taken as the arithmetic mean of a set of three test pieces and calculated from ** to 10-2.
