三、工作原理： 

双速电动机轴由联接法兰与减速箱内蜗杆轴联接，经蜗轮付减速使蜗轮轴带动行星定位套同步旋转，固定在行星定位套上偏心位置的叶片轴带动叶片公转。固定在叶片轴上端的行星齿轮围绕固定的内齿圈完成自转运动。双速电机经时间控制器控制自动完成一次慢一停一快转的规定工作程序。搅拌锅与滑板用片心槽旋转锁紧。

四、安装方法：

★起吊水泥净浆搅拌机A设起吊装置，人工搬运即可。

★安装水泥净浆搅拌机A需特制基础及地脚螺钉，只需将设备放置在平强的水泥平台上，并垫一层厚5―8mm橡胶板。

★电源及安全接地，本机器出厂带2m长电源进线及四芯插头一只，必须确保相线和零线无误才能通电。

★出厂时电器绝缘己达标。为了充分保证用电安全，请将机身安全接A志点用A小于1mm②截面积的多股塑料铜芯线可靠接地。

五、操作规程：

  先把三位开关(1K、2K)都置于停，再将时间程控器插头插入面板的“程控输入”插座，然后方可接通电源。自动搅拌操作；把1K开关置于自动位置，即完成慢搅120秒、停10秒后报警5秒共停15秒、快搅120秒的动作，然后自动停止。当一次自动程序结束后，若将K置于停，再将1K开关置于自动，又开始执行下一次自动程序。每次自动程序结束后，必须将1K置于停，以防停电后程控器误动作。手动搅拌操作；把1K开关置于手动位置，再将三位开关2K置于慢、停、快、停、则分别完成各个动作，人工计时。搬动手柄可使滑板带动搅拌锅沿立柱的导轨上下移动。上移到位后旋紧定位螺钉即可搅拌，卸下搅拌锅与之相反，如机上箭头所示 。

V. Operation rules of cement slurry mixer:

Moving the handle can drive the slide rails move up and down along the column of the mixing pot. 六、维修与保养：

★调整: 水泥净浆搅拌机出厂前已将搅拌叶与搅拌锅之间的工作间隙调整到2±lmm，经试车后或维修时确需调整，方法如下：

★搅拌叶片与搅拌锅之间的工作空隙使用随机所配间隙显针测量，若超过2±lmm，可松开调节螺母，旋转叶片，合格后再拧紧调节螺母，或松开电机与立柱，减速箱法兰与电机联接的螺钉，合格后再拧紧螺钉。 

★保养：

  (1)应保持工作场地清洁，每次使用后应彻底清除搅拌叶与搅拌锅内外残余净浆，并清扫散落和飞溅在机器上的灰浆及脏物，揩干后套上护罩，防止落入灰尘。

  (2)NJ-160水泥净浆搅拌机无外部加油孔，减速箱内蜗轮付、齿轮付轴承等运动部件每季加二硫化钼润滑脂一次，加油时可分别打开轴承盖。滑板与立柱导轨及各相对运动零件的表面之间应经常滴入机油润滑。每年应将机器全部清洗一次，加注润滑剂。

  (3) NJ-160水泥净浆搅拌机运转时遇有金属撞击噪声，应先检查搅拌叶与搅拌锅之间的间隙是否正确。

  (4) 当更换新的搅拌锅或叶片时，均应按前述方法调整间隙。

  (5) 使用搅拌锅时要轻拿轻放，A可随意摔碰，以防锅子变形。 

  (6) 应经常检查电气绝缘情况。在20± 5℃、相对湿度50％―70％时的冷态绝缘电阻≥5

6. Repair and maintenance of cement slurry mixer:

Tighten the adjusting nut after passing, or loosen the motor and the column to reduce the speed. The screws connecting the box flange and the motor should be tightened after passing.

★ Maintenance:

  (1) The work site should be kept clean. After each use, the residual pure pulp inside and outside the stirring blades and the mixing pot should be completely removed, and the mortar and dirt that have scattered and splashed on the machine should be cleaned. After drying, put a protective cover to prevent falling Into dust.

  (2) NJ-160 cement slurry mixer has no external oil hole, and the moving parts such as worm gear and gear bearings in the reduction gear box are added with molybdenum disulfide grease once a quarter, and the bearing covers can be opened separately when refueling. Oil should be lubricated from the slide to the surface of the column guide rail and the surface of each relative moving part. All machines should be cleaned once a year and filled with lubricant.

  (3) When NJ-160 cement slurry mixer is operating with metal impact noise, first check whether the gap between the mixing blade and the mixing pot is correct.

  (4) When replacing a new mixing pot or blade, adjust the clearance as described above.

  (5) When using the mixing pot, handle it gently. A can fall freely to prevent the pot from deforming.

  (6) Check the electrical insulation frequently. Cold insulation resistance at 20 ± 5 ℃, relative humidity 50% -70% ≥5
