Program settings automatically control the collection, recording, and curve of hydration heat data and print hydration heat test reports. This system uses a high-precision temperature sensor to collect the temperature change of the cement in the calorimeter. Multiple groups of calorimeters are installed in a constant temperature circulating water tank with a numerical control device to ensure the constant external temperature. The change of the heat value is measured by a multi-channel paperless recorder. Collect and display the multi-channel temperature and curve in real time, and transfer it to the computer via USB. The software automatically displays the hydration heat release curve in real time and calculates the total heat value in 7 or 28 days.
