全自动混凝土压力试验机结构简介:
试验机主要有机体、液压操纵箱、测力仪表等三部分组成。
★机体部分
试验机机体由四根立柱将缸体与上梁连接在一起,在试验机的上横梁上装有调节丝杠,大手轮及螺母丝杆可调整试验机的空载高度,丝杆下端装有球座与上压板。下压板置与油缸的活塞上,当试件与上压板接触时,上压板球座能自调正平衡、使试件与上下压板保持水平。下压板上刻有试件定位用的刻线,做试验时试件要对准刻线,下压板下面设有防尘罩壳,防止或减少活塞升降时粉尘进入油缸,损坏缸体或油封。活塞与油缸间设有密封装置,可以防油外泄,但使用时活塞仍有微量油外泄时,在缸体顶端有环型油槽,并有泄油通道排出,流回大油箱。
★液压操纵部分
混凝土恒应力压力试验机的操纵箱主要有油箱、油泵、滤油器、电动机、速度阀、回油阀等组成,油泵为直转式轴向五柱泵,实验机在加荷时,应手动控制加载速度阀使活塞上升速度得到快慢控制(该速度与安全阀为一体式),卸荷时,可转动回油阀,油缸会慢慢下降。试验机在出厂时已将安全阀调至适当位置,在正常使用时用户A对安全阀进行调整。

★ Body part
The body of the testing machine is connected to the upper beam by four columns. The upper cross beam of the testing machine is equipped with an adjusting screw. The large handwheel and the nut screw can adjust the no-load height of the testing machine. The lower end of the screw is equipped with a ball. Seat and upper platen. The lower pressure plate is placed on the piston of the oil cylinder. When the test piece is in contact with the upper pressure plate, the upper pressure plate ball seat can self-adjust and balance, so that the test piece and the upper and lower pressure plates are level. The lower pressure plate is engraved with a score line for positioning the test piece. The test piece must be aligned with the score line when testing. The lower pressure plate is provided with a dust cover to prevent or reduce dust from entering the oil cylinder when the piston is raised and lowered, which damages the cylinder body or oil seal. There is a sealing device between the piston and the oil cylinder to prevent oil leakage, but when the piston still leaks a small amount of oil during use, there is a ring-shaped oil groove on the top of the cylinder body, and there is an oil drain channel to discharge and flow back to the large oil tank.
★ Hydraulic operating part
The control box of the concrete constant stress pressure testing machine is mainly composed of an oil tank, an oil pump, an oil filter, a motor, a speed valve, and an oil return valve. The oil pump is a direct-rotating axial five-column pump. When the experimental machine is under loading, it should be manually operated. Control the loading speed valve to control the speed of the piston up and down (this speed is integrated with the safety valve). When the load is unloaded, the oil return valve can be turned and the cylinder will slowly descend. The safety valve of the testing machine has been adjusted to an appropriate position when leaving the factory. In normal use, user A adjusts the safety valve.

★试验机安装在清洁干燥温度均匀,周围无振动,无腐蚀性气体影响环境里。
★试验机应保持清洁,试验机上表面无保护层的零件,应经常擦油,以防锈蚀。
★使用油规格为46#抗磨液压油。
★试验机活塞上升位置不得超过30mm,试验机操纵箱上装有限位标尺,箭头到限位时,应立即慢速松开回油阀,使活塞下降后再启动电机做下一次试验。

★ The oil specification is 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil.
★ The tester's piston lifting position should not exceed 30mm. A limit scale is installed on the control box of the tester. When the arrow reaches the limit, the oil return valve should be released slowly and slowly, and then the motor will be started for the next test.

★本试验机一年标定一次。
★试验机的标定应在下列条件下进行:
(1)室温20±10℃范围内。
(2)在相对湿度≤80%的环境中。
(3)在无振动的环境中。
(4)电源电压波动不超过额定电压±10%,电压相对稳定。
★仪表接通电源后预热30分钟,按使用方法调零。
★启动电动机重复三次加荷到A大负荷后将负荷显示调至零点,开始标定。
★本试验机只进行进程示值相对误差,相对变动性标定,标定后结果应达到:

Five, calibration of automatic concrete pressure testing machine
★ This testing machine is calibrated once a year.
★ The calibration of the testing machine should be performed under the following conditions:
(1) The room temperature is within 20 ± 10 ℃.
(2) In an environment where the relative humidity is ≤80%.
(3) In a vibration-free environment.
(4) The power supply voltage fluctuation does not exceed ± 10% of the rated voltage, and the voltage is relatively stable.
★ After the instrument is powered on, warm up for 30 minutes and adjust it to zero according to the usage method.
★ Start the motor and repeat the load three times to A large load, then adjust the load display to zero and start the calibration.
★ This test machine only performs the relative error and relative variability calibration of the process value. After calibration, the results should reach:
Relative error of displayed value: ≤ ± 1%
Relative variability of displayed value: ≤ ± 1%
