The geomembrane thickness gauge is a professional testing instrument that measures the thickness of geomembrane and sheet by mechanical measurement. This instrument is suitable for geomembranes and sheets without embossing and corrugation.

土工膜测厚仪仪器安装:
★将仪器拆箱后用干净的软绵布擦净包装木屑及其它尘粒,将其安放在适当高度的工作台面上,在四处底角下面各垫上一片软硬适度的橡胶板。旋动底角调节螺钉,观看水准器使之气泡居中,并能使四只脚底扎实的接触橡胶板。将仪器附带的附件盒安置在旁边,以于备用。

★ Unpack the instrument, clean the packaged wood chips and other dust particles with a clean soft cotton cloth, place it on the work surface at the appropriate height, and place a soft and moderate rubber plate under the corners of the four corners. ★测试人员必须按相关试验方法标准取样,使试样处在符合方 法标准要求的测试状态。右手握住凸轮手柄逆时针转动,使凸轮顶起压板和挂在压板右边的加压砝码全部重量。取出压板下的可换压脚,根据测试样品厚度选择压脚型号。0.5号适应测试土工膜、5号适应测0.5~5mm厚度范围的土工布合成材料、10号适应测试5~10mm厚度范围的土工布合成材料、15号适应测试10~12mm厚度范围的土工布合成材料。
★选好了可换压脚,用纯净的软布擦净基准板和压脚面,重新将压脚放到基准板上。注意压脚上的三角刀刃要对准压板下的倒置V型槽。
★选标与安装:测量土工布选取百分表。(测量土工膜选取千分表,注:千分表自配)。将其插在表架孔中,表上触头碰到可换压脚上端面的时候,稍微往下移动0.1~0.2mm距离,螺旋锁紧螺母。然后将其表清零(或校零)。
★轻轻提起可换压脚,将试样自然平放的插进基准板与压脚之间。放下压脚,使试样受到压力为2kPa±0.01kPa ,同时安秒表计时,使试样受压时间30s时,读取百分表(或千分表)数值。
★重复上述操作,完成规定的试样测试件数。
Geomembrane thickness gauge operation steps:
★ The tester must sample according to the relevant test method standards, so that the sample is in the test state that meets the requirements of the method standard. The right hand holds the cam handle counterclockwise to cause the cam to lift the weight of the pressure plate and the weight of the press weight hanging to the right of the pressure plate. Remove the replaceable presser foot under the pressure plate and select the presser foot type according to the thickness of the test sample. Geomembrane composite material with 0.5 gauge suitable for geomembrane testing, 5 gauge for 0.5~5mm thickness range, geotextile composite material with 10~10mm thickness range for adaptability test, and geotextile for 15# thickness range of 10~12mm material.
★Select the replaceable presser foot, clean the reference plate and presser foot surface with a clean soft cloth, and put the presser foot on the reference plate again. Note that the triangular blade on the presser foot is aligned with the inverted V-groove under the platen.
★ Selection and installation: measure the dial gauge of geotextile. (Measure the geomembrane to select the dial gauge, note: the dial gauge is self-matching). Insert it into the hole of the watch frame. When the contact on the upper surface of the watch touches the upper end surface of the pressable presser foot, move it slightly downward by 0.1~0.2mm and screw the nut. Then clear its table (or zero).
★ Gently lift the replaceable presser foot and insert the sample naturally between the reference plate and the presser foot. The pressure foot is lowered, and the sample is subjected to a pressure of 2 kPa ± 0.01 kPa. At the same time, the ammeter is timed, and when the sample is pressed for 30 s, the dial gauge (or dial gauge) value is read.
★ Repeat the above operation to complete the specified number of test pieces.

★试样在200kPa压力状态下测试,重复3.2.6步骤后,将加压砝码1和加压砝码2同时挂在压板右边的挂圈上,然后用右手将凸轮手柄往顺时针方向转动,使加压的重量完全由可换压脚的三角刀刃为支撑线时,同时按秒表计时,使试样受压时间30s时读取百分表(或千分表)数值。
Geomembrane thickness gauges use different test pressures as needed:
★ The sample is tested under a pressure of 20 kPa. When the weight of the pressurization is completely supported by the triangular blade of the replaceable presser foot, the timepiece is timed, and the dial gauge (or dial gauge) value is read when the sample is pressed for 30 seconds.
