Technical parameters of electric sand spreader:

电动铺砂仪标定方法:
★将铺砂仪平放在玻璃板上,将砂漏移至铺砂仪端部。
★将灌砂漏斗口和量筒口大致齐平。通过漏斗向量筒中缓缓注入准备好的量砂**出量筒成尖顶状,用直尺沿筒口一次刮平,其容积为50ML。
★将漏斗口与铺砂仪砂漏上口大致齐平。将砂通过漏斗均匀倒入砂漏,漏斗前后移动,使砂的表面大致齐平,但不得用任何其他工具刮动砂。
★开动电动马达,使砂漏向另一端缓缓运动,量砂沿砂漏底部铺成图H2.3所示的宽5CM的带状,待砂全部漏完后停止。
Calibration method of electric sand spreader:
★ Place the sand spreader flat on the glass plate and move the hourglass to the end of the sand spreader.
★ The mouth of the sand hopper and the cylinder are approximately flush. Slowly inject the prepared measuring sand through the funnel vector tube. ** The measuring cylinder is sharpened and scraped flat with a ruler along the mouth of the tube at one time. Its volume is 50ML.
★ The mouth of the funnel is approximately flush with the upper mouth of the sand spreader. Pour the sand evenly through the funnel into the hourglass, and move the funnel back and forth to make the surface of the sand approximately flush, but do not scrape the sand with any other tool.
★ Start the electric motor to make the hourglass slowly move to the other end. Measure the sand along the bottom of the hourglass and form a 5CM wide strip as shown in Figure H2.3. Stop after the sand is completely leaked.

★操作简单、使用方便、避免了人为因素的的误差。
★将测试地点用毛刷刷净,面积大于铺砂仪。
★ 将铺砂仪沿道路纵向平稳地放在路面上,将砂漏移至端部。
★ 按H2.3.2之(2)至(5)相同的步骤,在测试地点摊铺50ML量砂,按图H2.3的方法量取摊铺长度L1及L2,由式(H2.3-3)计算L,准确至1MM。

★ 按以上方法,同一处平行测定不少于3次,3个测点均位于轮迹带上,测点间距3~5M。该处的测定位置以中间测点的位置表示。
★量砂准备:取洁净的细砂,晾干,过筛,取0.15~0.3MM的砂置于适当的容器中备用。已在路面上使用过的砂如回收重复使用时应重新过筛并晾干。
★按T 0962-95对测试路段按随机取样选点的方法,决定测点所在横断面的位置。测点应选在行车道的轮迹带上,距路面边缘不应小于1M。
Features of electric sand spreader:
