路面构造深度仪适用于测得路面宏观粗糙度,路面构造深度是表征路面粗糙度的一项指标。

The pavement depth gauge is suitable for measuring the macro roughness of the pavement. The pavement depth is an indicator of the pavement roughness.

★标定构造深度尺尺寸。

★测量推平板直径，目测底面是否粘一层1.5mm的橡胶片。

路面构造深度仪、手动铺砂仪使用说明：

★将路面松散颗粒及浮土擦净。

★用储砂瓶将量筒注满干砂，再用摊铺版边缘轻轻敲打量筒三下，加满干砂，刮去高出之干砂。

★将干砂倒在路面上，用摊铺板细心地将砂子在路面上作圆周动作摊铺开，尽可能摊铺成圆形。

★用构造深度尺分别通过砂面圆心，并互相垂直量取两个构造深度值，取平均值代表该路面这一点的构造深度。

★在同一路段上作5点测定，每点相距3-5米，测点尽可能选在车辙带上，距路面边缘不小于1米，取5点的平均值作为该路段的构造深度。

Pavement construction depth gauge, manual sanding instrument instructions:

★ Wipe the loose particles and floating soil on the road surface.

★ Fill the cylinder with dry sand with a sand storage bottle, then gently tap the measuring cylinder with the edge of the paving plate, fill it with dry sand, and scrape off the dry sand.

★ Pour the dry sand on the road surface, carefully spread the sand on the road surface with the paving board, and spread it as round as possible.

★ Use the construction depth ruler to pass through the center of the sand surface, and measure the two construction depth values perpendicularly to each other. The average value represents the construction depth of the road surface.

★ Make 5 points on the same road section. Each point is 3-5 meters apart. The measuring point should be selected on the rut belt as much as possible. It is not less than 1 meter away from the edge of the road. The average value of 5 points is taken as the construction depth of the road section.
