电动砂当量试验仪根据**行业标准(JTJ058-2000)中(T0334-1994)细集料砂当量试验规程要求设计的产品,适用于沥青混合料及水泥混凝土,用天然砂,人工砂,石屑,其集料大粒径不超过4.75mm,测定细集料中所含的粘性土或杂质的含量,以评定集料的洁净程度,砂当量用SE表示。

电动砂当量试验仪使用说明：

★为不影响沉淀的过程，试验必须在无抖动的水平台上进行。随时检查试验的冲洗管口，防止堵塞。试验过程中，冲洗液的温度应保持20±2℃范围内。

★用冲洗管将冲洗液吸入试筒，将干料倒入竖立的试筒中静至10min，用橡胶塞堵住试筒，将试筒水平固定在振荡器上。

★打开试验仪“总电源”开关，将仪器“振荡时间设置”调节至30秒，按下“启动”键，震荡30秒自动停止。然后旋转“启动”键振荡器还原，取下试筒。

★将插管插入试筒中灌冲洗液直到380mm刻度线为止，静至20min。

★测量：用钢板尺在试筒外量测从试筒底部到絮凝物上液面的高度准确至1mm，即h1。将配重活塞套筒在试筒口放好，直到碰到沉淀物时立即拧紧固定螺丝，将尺子插入套筒的开口处，是零点对准活塞的底面。从套筒处读取沉淀物的高度，准确至1mm即h2。上述测量过程应在30秒内完成。

Instructions for use of electric sand equivalent tester:

★ In order not to affect the precipitation process, the test must be performed on a jitter-free water platform. Check the flushing nozzle of the test at any time to prevent clogging. During the test, the temperature of the rinsing solution should be maintained within the range of 20 ± 2 ° C.

★ Use the flushing tube to suck the flushing solution into the test tube, pour the dry material into the vertical test tube and let it stand for 10 minutes, plug the test tube with a rubber stopper, and fix the test tube on the oscillator horizontally.

★ Turn on the "General Power" switch of the tester, adjust the "oscillation time setting" of the instrument to 30 seconds, and press the "Start" key, and the oscillation will automatically stop after 30 seconds. Then rotate the "start" key to restore the oscillator and remove the test cylinder.

★ Put the cannula into the test tube and fill it with irrigating solution until it reaches the 380mm mark, and let it stand for 20min.

★ Measurement: Use a steel ruler to measure the height from the bottom of the test tube to the liquid surface on the floc to the nearest 1mm, which is h1. Place the counterweight piston sleeve at the mouth of the test cylinder, and immediately tighten the fixing screw when it hits the deposit, insert the ruler into the opening of the sleeve, and zero point the bottom surface of the piston. Read the height of the sediment from the sleeve to the nearest 1 mm or h2. The above measurement process should be completed within 30 seconds.

★配重活塞同杆、底座、套筒、配重组成。杆长430±0.25mm；底座直径25±0.1mm，底面平坦光滑，垂直杆轴，横向有三个螺丝可保持活塞在试筒中间有一点小缝隙。套筒有一个螺丝，能固定活塞下沉的位置，并有一个能靠尺子的深1cm、宽5mm的缺口，用于测量读数。固定在活塞杆顶端的配重，除筒套外总重1kg±5g。

★振荡器：使试筒产生横向直线运动。振幅：20.3±1.0cm,运动周期180±2次/min。

★圆柱形试筒：透明塑料制内径32±0.025mm，高度420±0.25mm。人试筒底部起到100±0.25mm、380±0.25mm处刻划标记线，配有橡胶塞。

★冲洗管：同一根硬管组成，不锈钢或冷锻铜制其外径为6±0.5mm，内径为4±0.2mm，管的下部有一个不锈钢两侧带孔尖头，孔径为1±0.1mm。

★塑料桶（5升）：桶口配有插虹吸弯管的橡胶塞。桶底面高出工作台约1.5mm。

★虹吸弯管和进气弯管；将其插入桶口橡胶塞。

Test steps of electric sand equivalent tester:

★ Rubber tube (or plastic tube): about 1.5mm in length and about 5mm in diameter. It is used for suction with the flushing tube and siphon elbow. There are metal clips to control the flow of flushing liquid.

★ The counterweight piston is composed of rod, base, sleeve and counterweight. There are three screws in the lateral direction to keep the piston with a small gap in the middle of the test cylinder. The weight fixed on the top of the piston rod is 1kg ± 5g except the sleeve.

★ Oscillator: Make the test cylinder produce lateral linear motion. Amplitude: 20.3 ± 1.0cm, exercise period 180 ± 2 times / min.

★ Cylinder test cylinder: transparent plastic inner diameter 32 ± 0.025mm, height 420 ± 0.25mm. Marking lines are made at the bottom of the human test cylinder at 100 ± 0.25mm and 380 ± 0.25mm, with rubber stoppers.

电动砂当量试验仪注意事项:

1、试验完毕后,须将活塞擦洗干净。

2、避免圆形试筒磕碰。

3、定期向振荡器滑动杆上注润滑油。

Note for electric sand equivalent tester:
