排水板水平通水量测试仪工作原理:

通过送水泵将送水溢流水箱中的水送入工作容器内,使容器内充满水,再启动加压泵,为加压容器加压,通过压力控制智能表控制水压,再由加压容器将压力传递至工作容器,使之压力平衡。

排水板水平通水量测试仪特点:

排水板通水仪的工作容器由φ130、厚2mm的不锈钢圆筒与φ200,厚l0mm的法兰盘焊接而成,有效长度为40cm。法兰盘的中间开椭圆孔,孔口尺寸为120mm×15mm,与孔口底边齐平设置带孔眼的不锈钢承托盘。型排水板通水仪工作容器上布置加压表、排水口(带阀门).加压口(带控制阀)、送水口(带阀门)、溢流口(带阀门)。

进水平衡水箱高30cm,通过150mm×40mm的水平连接段与法兰盘焊接成整体。法兰盘的开孔同压力容器的法兰盘一致。在水箱高l0cm处设置进水口。水箱内设置一道高25cm(以水箱的底面为基点)的溢流坎,进水平衡水箱的外侧设置溢水口1。

溢流平衡水箱高为7cm,通过150mm×40mm的水平连连段与法兰盘焊接成整体。法兰盘的开孔同压力容器的法兰盘一致。水箱内设置一道高5cm(以水箱的底面为基点)的溢流坎,溢流平衡水箱的外侧设置溢水口2。

A pressure gauge, a drainage port (with a valve), a pressure port (with a control valve), a water supply port (with a valve), and an overflow port (with a valve) are arranged on the working container of the type drainage plate water meter.

The inlet balanced water tank is 30cm high, and is welded into a flange with a flange through a horizontal connection section of 150mm × 40mm. The opening of the flange is the same as the flange of the pressure vessel. A water inlet is set at a height of 10 cm of the water tank. An overflow sill with a height of 25 cm (with the bottom of the water tank as the base point) is set in the water tank, and an overflow port 1 is set on the outside of the water inlet balanced water tank.

The overflow balanced water tank is 7cm high and is welded to the flange plate as a whole through a 150mm × 40mm horizontal connection. The opening of the flange is the same as the flange of the pressure vessel. An overflow sill with a height of 5 cm (with the bottom of the water tank as the base point) is set in the water tank, and an overflow port 2 is set on the outside of the overflow balance water tank.

排水板水平通水量测试仪操作规程:

★安装试样

将试件裁成约48cm长的试样,两头的滤膜各除去lcm,将试件的4只角剪成45°倒角,并小心地装入管状乳胶膜内。

把排水板连同乳胶膜通过工作容器的孔口送入容器,沿承托板从另一孔口送出,使法兰盘两端的外露长度为4cm左右。

用橡胶挚分别套住排水板的出露部分,使橡胶垫紧贴法兰盘外侧,并将乳胶膜翻转包在橡胶垫上。另两块橡胶垫分别套住排水板的剩余出露部分,使乳胶膜的翻转部分被央在橡胶垫之问。排水板的滤膜应超出橡胶垫。

通过4颗螺杆分别将进水平衡水箱和溢流甲衡水箱固定在工作容器上,均匀拧紧螺丝

★通水

打开送水泵、进水口阀门3通过进水口给进水平衡水箱注水,使溢流平衡水箱的溢流口2中有水流出,持续一段时间,以使排水板中的空气排除和滤膜充分湿润。之后关闭进水口阀门3。

★加压 

打开工作容器的排水口和送水口阀门,打开送水泵开关,通过送水口进水,至排水口有水流出时关闭进水口排水口,打开加压泵开关,通过加压泵加压至要求压力自动停止

★ Installation sample

The test piece was cut into a sample of about 48 cm in length, the filter membranes at both ends were removed by 1 cm, the 4 corners of the test piece were cut into 45 ° chamfers, and carefully inserted into the tubular latex film.

The drainage plate and the latex film are fed into the container through the opening of the working container, and sent out from the other opening along the supporting plate, so that the exposed length at both ends of the flange is about 4cm.

Cover the exposed part of the drainage board with rubber guides, make the rubber pads close to the outside of the flange, and wrap the latex film on the rubber pads. The other two rubber pads respectively cover the remaining exposed parts of the drainage board, so that the inverted part of the latex film is centered on the rubber pad. The membrane of the drainage plate should extend beyond the rubber pad.

Fix the inlet balance water tank and overflow balance tank with 4 screws to the working container, and tighten the screws evenly

★ Passing water

Open the water supply pump and the inlet valve 3 to fill the inlet balance tank with water through the inlet, so that there is water flowing out of the overflow port 2 of the overflow balance tank for a period of time, so that the air in the drainage plate and the filter membrane are fully wetted. . Then close the water inlet valve 3.

★ Pressure

Open the drain and water supply valve of the working container, turn on the water pump switch, and enter the water through the water supply port. When there is water flowing out of the water discharge port, close the water inlet drain port, open the pressure pump switch, and pressurize to the required pressure with the pressure pump Automatic stop
