一、产品简介:根据GB/T17633-1998、SL/T235-20  ISO/FDISI2958-98E《土工织物及其相关产品沿织物平面输水能力的测定土工布及其有关产品平面内水流量》的**标准研发设计。适用于测定一定法向压力作用下的土工织物在常水头水流下的水平渗透系数和导水率,性能稳定,方便实用。

I. It is suitable for measuring the horizontal permeability coefficient and hydraulic conductivity of geotextiles under constant headwater flow under a certain normal pressure.

三、操作步骤:

★试验用水应为脱气水或蒸馏水。

★分别裁剪顺机A向和横机向试样各3块,当试样较薄时应取2层或3层试样重叠为一组进行试验,这时应相应各剪裁6块或9块试样。

★将试样包封在乳胶膜或橡皮套内,试样应平整无褶皱,

周边应无渗漏,对于直接加荷型,应仔细安装试样上下垫层,使试样承受均匀法向压力。

★施加2-5kpa的压力,使试样**位,随即向水位容器内注入脱气水,排走试样内的气泡,试验过程中试样应饱和。

★按现场条件选用水力梯度,当情况不明时选用水力梯度不大于1.0.

★按现场条件或设计要求选择法向压力至少进行三种压力试验,一种压力稍大于设计值,一种稍低于设计值。对试样施加A小一级法向压力,持续15min。抬高容器的水位,使其达到要求的水力梯度。当水流稳定后,测读通过500立方厘米渗透水量的时间,或记录15min内通过的水量。每个水力梯度下平行测定3次。

★渗透仪换一种水力梯度重复以上步骤。

★增大法向压力,重复以上步骤对其余法向压力下的试验进行完毕。

Third, the operation steps:

★ The test water should be deaerated or distilled water.

★ Cut 3 samples in the machine direction A and the plane direction respectively. When the sample is thin, 2 or 3 layers of samples should be overlapped and tested. In this case, 6 or 9 samples should be cut accordingly. Sample.

★ Encapsulate the sample in a latex film or rubber sleeve. The sample should be flat and free of wrinkles.

There should be no leakage around the periphery. For direct loading type, the upper and lower cushions of the sample should be carefully installed to make the sample bear the uniform normal pressure.

★ Apply a pressure of 2-5kpa to make the sample ** position, and then inject deaerated water into the water level container to remove the air bubbles in the sample. The sample should be saturated during the test.

★ Select the hydraulic gradient according to the site conditions. When the situation is unknown, select the hydraulic gradient not greater than 1.0.

★ Select normal pressure for at least three types of pressure tests according to site conditions or design requirements. One is slightly higher than the design value and the other is slightly lower than the design value. A small first normal pressure was applied to the sample for 15 minutes. Raise the water level of the container to the required hydraulic gradient. When the water flow is stable, measure the time it takes to penetrate 500 cubic centimeters of water, or record the amount of water that passed in 15 minutes. Three measurements were performed in parallel at each hydraulic gradient.

★ Repeat the above steps with a different hydraulic gradient for the osmometer.

★ Increase the normal pressure, repeat the above steps to complete the rest of the test under normal pressure.
