四、检测步骤:
★用砂轮片将砌缝表面打磨平整。
★将测钉插入贯入杆的测钉座中,测钉A朝外。
★左手水平托住贯入仪,右手将摇柄套入仪后部的螺母上,然后顺时针旋转7~9圈,妆发现晃动一下,表明贯入仪挂起钩已挂上,此时停止摇柄顺时针旋转,改为逆时针旋转,将螺母退回贯入杆末端,这时贯入仪便可进入下面的检测了。
★检测时,一手水平托住贯入仪,让贯入仪的扁头与打磨平整的砌缝表面接触上,另一手扣动,贯入仪自由释放能量,这样**完成了一次检测;移开贯入仪及测钉,用吹风器吹吸一下测孔。
★后用深度测量表测量测 深度,从表盘上的直接读取测量表显示值di,并记录在记录表中,贯入深度按下式计算: di=20.00-di′
这样**完成了次完整的检测工作,查测强曲线便知砂浆强度。

The makeup will shake, indicating that the penetrator hook has been hung up, stop at this time Rotate the handle clockwise and change it counterclockwise to return the nut to the end of the rod. At this time, the penetrator can enter the following test.
★ When testing, hold the penetrator horizontally with one hand, let the flat head of the penetrator contact the polished surface of the joints, and pull with the other hand, the penetrator will release the energy freely, thus completing a test; Open the penetrator and stylus, and blow the hole with a hair dryer.
★ After measuring the depth with a depth measuring table, read the display value di of the measuring table directly from the dial and record it in the record table. The penetration depth is calculated as follows: di = 20.00-di ′
In this way, a complete test is completed, and the strength of the mortar is known by checking the strength curve.
五、测点布置:
★检测砌筑砂浆抗压强度时,应以面积不大于25m2的砌体构件或构筑物为一个构件。
★按批抽样检测时,应取龄期相近的同楼层、同品种、同强度等**砌筑砂浆且不大于250m2砌体为一批,帛样数量不应少于砌体总构件的30%,且不应少于6个构件。基础砌体可按一个楼层计。
★被检测灰缝应饱满,其厚度不应小于7mm,并应避开竖缝位置、门窗洞口、后砌洞口和预埋件的边缘。
★多孔砖砌体和空斗墙砌体的水平灰缝深度应不大于30mm。
★检测范围内的饰面层、粉刷层、勾缝砂浆、浮浆以及表面损伤层等,应清除干净;应使待测灰缝砂浆暴露并经抽样调查平整后在进行检测。
★每一构件应测试16点,测点应均匀分布在构件的水平灰缝上,相邻测点水平间距不宜小于240mm,每条灰缝测点不宜多于2点。

★ The depth of horizontal gray joints of porous brick masonry and hollow bucket wall masonry should not be greater than 30mm.
★ The decorative layer, stucco layer, jointing mortar, floating slurry, and surface damage layer within the detection range should be removed; the gray joint mortar to be tested should be exposed and tested after being leveled by sampling investigation.
★ Each component should be tested at 16 points, and the measurement points should be evenly distributed on the horizontal gray seams of the components. The horizontal distance between adjacent measurement points should not be less than 240mm, and each gray seam measurement point should not be more than 2.
六、注意事项:
★贯入仪在挂钩状态时不应保持较长时间同,应尽快释放工作弹簧。
★不得随意空弹及拆卸贯入仪主机,以免影响使用寿命和测试精度。
★数显贯入深度表应轻拿轻放,注意保护测头,以防摔落。
★贯入仪每年至少应在法定计量部门校准一次。
Six, matters needing attention:

★ Do not arbitrarily empty the bomb and disassemble the main body of the penetrator to avoid affecting the service life and test accuracy.

★ The penetrometer should be calibrated at least once a year in the legal metrology department.
