数显砂浆凝结时间测定仪使用方法：

★使用时**先将搅拌均匀的砂浆装入试模内，离上口平面约10 毫米抹平，砂浆表面泌水不清除。

★将试模放在圆盘上，此时将压力显示器清零（显示器设定见附录）〔然后操作者用手将压杆垂直向下施压力，在10 秒时间内将试针缓慢而均匀地垂直贯入砂装25mnl ，这时压力显示器上所示为A次测定值，同时将限位螺母调到适当位置，放开压杆，试针在弹簧力作用下复位。

★按每半小时重复一次，当阻力值达到0.3MPa 时改为15分钟测定一次，直到阻力值达到0.7MPa 为止。

数显砂浆凝结时间测定仪注意事项：

1、试验结束，须将工作台面板，试针及接触片擦洗干净。工作台面勿受重压（小于1Okg）。

2、将试模内试样取出，擦洗干净并上油防锈，使用前上脱模剂。

3、滑动部分应经常注油润滑，使仪器工作正常。

4、本仪器应安放在室温在20 ℃ 左右安静及无腐蚀无介质的环境中。

Note for digital display mortar setting time tester:

1. At the end of the test, the workbench panel, test pins and contact pads must be cleaned. Do not subject the work surface to heavy pressure (less than 10kg).

2. Take out the sample in the test mold, scrub it clean, apply oil to prevent rust, and apply release agent before use.

3. The sliding part should be lubricated with oil frequently to make the instrument work normally.

4. The instrument should be placed in a quiet, non-corrosive and medium-free environment at room temperature around 20 ℃.
