一、产品简介：

混凝土压力泌水仪测试泵送砼在一定压力状态下的泌水量。用于骨料粒径不大于40mm的混凝土拌合物压力泌水测定。并进而计算泌水率比。混凝土压力泌水仪由液压千斤顶、压力表及上盖活塞、试料筒、底座等组成。具有测值准确、操作简便、体积小、重量轻、脱模方便等特点。

三、操作规程：

★混凝土拌合物应分两层装入压力泌水仪的缸体容器内

★每层的插捣次数应为20次。捣棒由边缘向中均匀地插捣

★插捣底层时捣棒应贯穿整个深度

★插捣A层时

★捣棒应插透本层至下一层的表面

★每一层捣完后用橡皮锺轻松沿容器外壁打5-10次

★并使拌合物表面低于容器口约30毫米处

★用抹刀将表面抹平

★将容器外表擦干净

★混凝土压力泌水仪按规定安装完毕后应立即给混凝土试样施加压力至3.2Mpa。并打泌力阀门同

★时开始计时

★保持压力

★泌力的水接入200毫米量筒：加压至10秒时读取泌水量V10，14、 加压至140s时读取泌水量V140

★脱模：将下底座取走

★上部放在脱模架上

★加压

四、故障原因：

混凝土的水灰比越大，水泥凝结硬化的时间越长，自由水越多，水与水泥分离的时间越长，混凝土越容易泌水；混凝土中外加剂掺量过多，或者缓凝组分掺量过多，会造成新拌混凝土的大量泌水和沉析，大量的自由水泌出混凝土表面，影响水泥的凝结硬化，混凝土保水性能下降，导致严重泌水。

五、维护与保养：

★每次试验结束后，要将仪器用水冲洗并擦干，如长期不用，用将无油漆的零件表面涂油防锈。

★在安装时，试料筒不得倒置，其下端外侧涂少许润滑脂，以使其能顺利插入底座，并与“0”形圈密封。

★如油泵却油致使压力上不去，可将油泵后盖打开，按下内六角螺栓，加入20号机油，重新装好即可。

★ If the oil pump does not allow the pressure to go up, open the back cover of the oil pump, press the hexagonal bolt, add the 20th oil, and reinstall it.
