Operation rules of concrete gas content measuring instrument:
★ Wipe the inner surface of the measuring bowl and the lid with a damp cloth, and place the measuring bowl horizontally.
★ Fill the fresh concrete mixture evenly into the measuring bowl and make the concrete mixture out of the measuring bowl a little. When loading, you can use a tamper to insert and tamp slightly. After installation, when using a vibrating table (vibration parameter frequency 50Hz, no-load amplitude 0.5 ± 0.1mm) to vibrate in real time, during the vibration process, the concrete mixture sinks to Below the inner mouth, concrete mixture should be added at any time, and vibration should be leveled on the concrete surface, and stop vibrating when glaze appears.
Instead of shaking the table with a tamping rod, load the concrete mixture in three layers. After each layer is punched, it is about one-third of the height of the measuring bowl. When the bottom layer is inserted, the tamping rod should penetrate the entire depth. When inserting the upper layer, the plunger should be inserted into the lower layer 10 to 20 mm. After each layer is tamped, you can pad the tampon at the bottom of the measuring bowl and hit the ground alternately from left to right 15 times.
★ After tamping is completed, the excess concrete mixture on the surface should be scraped off with a scraper. The surface should be filled with any dents, and then smoothed with a trowel to make the surface smooth and free of air bubbles.
★ Wipe the edges of the measuring bowl and bowl cover, place the "O" shaped rubber seal ring (238 x 8.6) in the groove on the edge of the bowl cover, cover the bowl cover, clamp with a clip to make it airtight, and use The spirit level checks the level.

After testing the concrete gas content tester:

★ Discard the concrete mixture sample in the measuring bowl, and clean the lid and the inner surface of the measuring bowl.
★ If the gas content measuring instrument is not used continuously, open the fine adjustment valve to deflate, so that the pressure of the air chamber is consistent with the atmospheric pressure.
Note: During the operation, if the air chamber pressure is exhausted through the fine adjustment valve, and the pressure is still in the measuring bowl, the valve rod cannot be pressed, otherwise water will be sucked into the air chamber, which will cause errors in subsequent tests.
