Brick and tile frost box operation rules:
■ Put the brick samples of the experimental group upright in 5 shallow pans, inject distilled water with a water level of not less than 20mm into the front pan, cover the shallow pans with plexiglass or plastic film, and pass the bricks through the plexiglass or The rectangular hole left on the plastic film is exposed to the outside and the time is recorded.
■ The brick sample is immersed in the dish for 7 days. Add water frequently for the first 1-2 days to keep the water level in the pan. In these 7 days, the indoor temperature should be controlled at 16 ~ 32 ℃, and the relative humidity should be 30 ~ 70%.
■ After 7 days, put the bricks of the test group and the control group into the oven at the same time, the temperature is constant at 110 ~ 115 ℃, and after taking 24 hours of continuous drying, take out and cool to normal temperature, check and record the degree of frost.
Instructions for brick tile frost box:
