★ Place the permeate stone on the bottom of the Nan 55 type permeameter, place a layer of quartz sand on the permeate stone, place a sample on the quartz sand, and fill the space around the sample with bentonite powder and compact it. The height of the sample is the same. Fill the top of the sample with fine sand, then cover another permeable stone and top cover, tighten the nut, and open the pressure valve to properly pressurize the water supply chamber.
★ Pressure setting: press the setting key after turning on the machine: "back", press the shift key>; then press the adjustment keys + and-; then adjust the value, after the adjustment, press the setting key "back"; save. After adjusting the lower limit value, press the set key to exit. After 1 hour the lower limit rises to 0.1MPa
Time clearing: re-do the experiment, keep pressing the "-" key without releasing, ** display the time value first, the time can start from 0 hours after 10 seconds, and don't press by mistake when "!" Is working.
★ Time check: Press the "-" key to change the hour display, the upper limit is minutes, and the lower limit is seconds. After 30 seconds return to the pressure display,
★ Zero adjustment: If it does not return to zero when there is no pressure after starting, press it once to set it to zero. Do not press the zero key when there is pressure, reset to zero after depressurizing.
When all the gas in the permeameter is exhausted from the exhaust pipe, close the valve immediately to close the exhaust pipe.
★ Keep it for 30min to fully expand the sample, and then open the pressure valve every 1h to increase the water pressure of 0.1MPa until it reaches the specified pressure. If there is no water flowing out of the water outlet during the test, it is judged that the hydrostatic pressure resistance of the test piece is qualified, otherwise it is judged that the hydrostatic pressure resistance of the test piece is unqualified.
★ The calculation of test results is carried out according to relevant standards.
Fourth, instrument maintenance:
After the test is completed, open the exhaust and drain valves, clean the surface of the instrument, dry the cover of the regular test chamber and the bottom of the chamber, and apply anti-rust grease. If the equipment is not used for a long time, open the drain valve at the bottom right of the main unit, All the water is discharged to prevent frost cracking.
