一、产品简介:

三、安装使用:

★打开包装箱,按仪器成套及技术文件来检查仪器外表及相关配件,如无损坏或缺失,则按结     构图所示安装。

★检查电源接地是否良好。

★打开电源开关,指示灯亮,随后**可以进行试验操作。

★将试样杯用溶剂洗净、烘干,装置于支架上。

★安装温度计,将温度计垂直插入试样杯中,温度计的水银球距杯底约6.5mm,位置在与点火器相对一侧距杯边缘16mm处。

★将试样准备好后,注入试样杯中至标线处,并使试样杯其它部位不沾有沥青。(注:试样加热温度不能超过闪点以下55℃)

★全部装置应置于室内光线较暗且无显著空气流通的地方,并用防风屏三面围护。

★将点火器与可燃气全压力容器(如液化丙烷气或天然气)用软管连接,将点火器转向一侧,试验点火,调试火苗成标准球的形状或直径为4mm±0.8mm的小球形试焰。

Third, installation and use:

★ Open the packing box, check the appearance of the instrument and related accessories according to the complete set of equipment and technical documents. If there is no damage or missing, install as shown in the figure.

★ Check if the power supply is well grounded.

★ Turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on, and then the test operation can be performed.

★ Wash and dry the sample cup with solvent and install it on the holder.

★ Install the thermometer, insert the thermometer vertically into the sample cup, the mercury ball of the thermometer is about 6.5mm from the bottom of the cup, and the position is 16mm from the edge of the cup on the side opposite to the igniter.

★ After preparing the sample, pour it into the sample cup to the marked line, and keep the other parts of the sample cup free of asphalt. (Note: The sample heating temperature cannot exceed 55 ° C below the flash point)

★ All devices should be placed in a place with dark indoor lighting and no significant air circulation, and surrounded by wind screens on three sides.

★ Connect the igniter to a flammable full pressure vessel (such as liquefied propane gas or natural gas) with a hose, turn the igniter to one side, test the ignition, and debug the flame into the shape of a standard ball or a small ball with a diameter of 4mm ± 0.8mm Flame test.


四、试验步骤:

★开始加热试验,使升温速度迅速地达到14℃/min~17℃/min。待试样温度达到预期闪点前56℃时,调节加热器降低升温速度,以便在预期闪点前28℃时能使升温速度控制在5.5℃/min±0.5℃/min。

★试样温度达到预期闪点前28℃时开始,每隔2℃按点火器按钮一次,使点火器的试焰沿试验杯口中以150mm半径作弧水平扫过一次,从试验杯口的一边至另一边所经过的时间约1s。此时应确认点火器的试焰为直径4mm±0.8mm的火球,并位于试验杯口上方2.5mm处。(注:试验时不应对着试样杯呼气)

★当试样液面上A初出现一瞬即灭的蓝色火焰,立即从温度计上读记温度,作为试样的闪点。注意勿将试焰四周的蓝白色火焰误认为是闪点火焰。

★继续加热,保持试样升温速度5.5℃/min±0。5℃/min,并按上述操作要求用点火器点火试验。

★当试样接触火焰立即着火,并能继续燃烧不少于5s时,停止加热,并读记温度计上的温度,作为试样的燃点。

★同一试样至少平行试验两次,两次测定结果的差值不超过重复性试验允许差8℃时,取其平均值的整数作为试验结果。

★精密度或允许差:

重复性试验的允许差为:闪点8℃,燃点8℃;

复现性试验的允许差为:闪点16℃,燃点14℃。

Fourth, test steps:

★ Start the heating test to make the temperature rise rate quickly reach 14 ℃ / min ~ 17 ℃ / min. When the temperature of the sample reaches 56 ° C before the expected flash point, adjust the heater to reduce the heating rate so that the temperature can be controlled at 5.5 ° C / min ± 0.5 ° C / min at 28 ° C before the expected flash point.

★ When the temperature of the sample reaches 28 ℃ before the expected flash point, press the igniter button once every 2 ℃ to make the flame of the igniter sweep horizontally along the mouth of the test cup with a radius of 150mm and from one side The elapsed time to the other side is about 1s. At this time, it should be confirmed that the test flame of the igniter is a fireball with a diameter of 4mm ± 0.8mm, and is located 2.5mm above the mouth of the test cup. (Note: the test cup should not be exhaled during the test)

★ When the blue flame that flashes out at the beginning of A on the sample liquid surface, immediately read the temperature from the thermometer and use it as the flash point of the sample. Be careful not to mistake the blue and white flame around the test flame as a flash point flame.

★ Continue heating, keep the temperature rising rate of the sample at 5.5 ℃ / min ± 0.5 ℃ / min, and use the igniter for ignition test according to the above operation requirements.

★ When the sample immediately ignites upon contact with the flame and can continue to burn for no less than 5s, stop heating and read the temperature on the thermometer as the ignition point of the sample.

★ At least two parallel tests of the same sample, the difference between the two measurement results does not exceed the allowable difference of 8 ℃, the integer of the average value is taken as the test result.

★ Precision or tolerance:

The allowable difference of repeatability test is: flash point 8 ℃, ignition point 8 ℃;

The permissible difference of the reproducibility test is: flash point 16 ° C, ignition point 14 ° C.
