一、产品简介:

三、操作规程:

★混凝土放于仪器底盘上,松开调节螺套,选装上合适的贯入针。

★旋动调节螺塞使压力表指针对准刻度零线。

★将动作钮子开关置于调整位置,将正反转钮子开关置于正转位置,按工作按钮后试料容器在2秒后。开始上升,待停止以后,即可调整。调整时拧松调节螺套将贯入针调至刚好接触试料面,拧紧调节螺套固定贯入针。再按动动工作按钮,10秒钟以后试料容器升高25mm,即贯入到A深位置,读取压力表贯入阻力并记录,试料容器停留4秒钟以后,开始下降,7秒钟后恢复原位。自动停机,一次测试完成。

★作A次贯入测试时必须变换贯入位置,推动手柄使其旋转一定角度,当贯入点在外圈时,变化测点只需推动手柄一次;当贯入点在内圈时,变化它则需推动手柄二次。

★在测试过程中,应经常注意压力表指针起始是否在零位,如不在零位应调零。

★在不需调整贯入针高低时,可将动作纽子开关置于自动位置,这样在以后的测试中只要按启动按纽一次,即自动作一次测试循环。

★每个试样作贯入阻力试验应不少于六次,A后一次的单位面积贯入阻力应不少于28MPa。

★使用一段时间后,旋动调节螺塞至**限位置不能使压力表指针调到零线,此时必须添加油液。

★ Turn the adjusting screw plug to align the pointer of the pressure gauge with the zero line of the scale.

★ Set the action toggle switch to the adjustment position, set the forward and reverse toggle switch to the forward rotation position, and press the work button after 2 seconds for the sample container. It starts to rise and can be adjusted after stopping. When adjusting, loosen the adjusting screw sleeve to adjust the penetration needle to just touch the sample surface, and tighten the adjusting screw sleeve to fix the penetration needle. Press the work button again. After 10 seconds, the sample container is raised by 25mm, that is, penetrate into the A depth position. Read the pressure gauge penetration resistance and record. After the sample container stays for 4 seconds, it starts to descend, 7 seconds It returned to its original position after the clock. Automatic shutdown, one test is completed.

★ When making A penetration test, you must change the penetration position and push the handle to rotate it by a certain angle. When the penetration point is in the outer circle, you only need to push the handle to change the measurement point; when the penetration point is in the inner circle, change it You need to push the handle twice.

★ During the test, you should always pay attention to whether the start of the pressure gauge pointer is at the zero position, if not, you should adjust it to zero.

★ When it is not necessary to adjust the height of the penetrating needle, the action button can be set to the automatic position, so that in the subsequent tests, as long as the start button is pressed once, a test cycle is automatically performed.

★ The penetration resistance test for each sample shall be no less than six times, and the penetration resistance per unit area after A shall be no less than 28MPa.

★ After using for a period of time, turning the adjustment screw to the ** limit position cannot make the pointer of the pressure gauge move to the zero line. At this time, oil must be added.
