CM-2混凝土抗冲磨试验机

混凝土抗冲磨试验机概述:是根据DL/T5150-2001《水工混凝土试验规程》混凝土耐冲磨试验(环球法)中规定的技术要求设计的,利用旋转水流冲击钢球,在预制混凝土表面形成钢球冲击磨损的试验,以测定各类混凝土表面抗水流冲击磨损的能力。

一、混凝土抗冲磨试验机概述:

是根据DL/T5150-2001《水工混凝土试验规程》混凝土耐冲磨试验(环球法)中规定的技术要求设计的,利用旋转水流冲击钢球,在预制混凝土表面形成钢球冲击磨损的试验,以测定各类混凝土表面抗水流冲击磨损的能力。

I. Overview of Concrete Anti-Abrasion Tester:

Is a DL / T5150-2001 "hydraulic concrete testing procedures" concrete and abrasion resistance test (ring and ball method) in the technical requirements of the design, using a rotating water impact ball, ball impact test forming the wear surface of the precast concrete, to determine the ability of various types of concrete surface water impact of anti-wear.

三、混凝土抗冲磨试验机安装图与安装过程中的注意事项:

★安装电源:380V (三相四线)有良好接地。

★安装位置以距离室内墙面A小不得超过40cm。

★设备**位后应该用加固螺栓进行紧固。

四、混凝土抗冲磨试验机使用方法:

★试验时,取出试件,擦去表面水分,称量(**到1g)。

★钢筒与底座间放上橡皮垫圈,在底板上垫上两根Φ6mm的钢筋,把已称量过的混凝土试件放在钢筋上并对中,且使混凝土表面垂直于转轴,套上钢筒,旋紧固定钢筒与底座的螺栓,使其密封。

★将搅拌桨安装在转轴上,搅拌桨底部距试件表面约38mm,调整钢筒和底座的位置使转轴对中。

★在钢筒内放人研磨钢球于试件表面,并加水至水面高出试件表面165mm。

★确认转轴转速在1200r/min后,开机。

★每隔24h,在钢筒内加1-2次水至原水位高度。

★累计冲磨72h,取出试件,清洗干净,擦去表面水分,称量(**到1g)。

★ Put a rubber washer between the steel cylinder and the base, put two Φ6mm steel bars on the bottom plate, place the weighed concrete test piece on the steel bars and center them, and make the concrete surface perpendicular to the axis of rotation. , Tighten the bolts fixing the steel cylinder and the base to make it sealed.

★ Install the stirring paddle on the rotating shaft, the bottom of the stirring paddle is about 38mm from the surface of the test piece, and adjust the position of the steel cylinder and the base to center the rotating shaft.

★ Put a grinding steel ball in the steel cylinder on the surface of the test piece, and add water to the water surface 165mm higher than the surface of the test piece.

★ Make sure the rotation speed of the shaft is 1200r / min, then turn on the machine.

★ Every 24h, add water 1-2 times in the steel cylinder to the original water level.

★ Cumulative grinding for 72h, remove the test piece, clean it, wipe off the surface moisture, and weigh (** to 1g).


五、计算:混凝土抗冲磨指标以抗冲磨强度或磨损率表示。

★抗冲磨强度按式(4.19.4-1)计算:

式中:fa——抗冲磨强度,即单位面积上被磨损单位质量所需的时间,h/ (kg/m2);

T——试验累计时间,h;

A-试件受冲磨面积,m2;

ΔM——经T时段冲磨后,试件损失的累计质量,kg。

★磨损率按式(4.19.4-2)计算:

式中:L%——磨损率,%;

M0——试验前试件质量,kg;

MT——试验后试件质量,kg。

★以一组三个试件测值的平均值作为试验结果,如单个测值与平均值的差值超过15%时,则此值应剔除,以余下两个测值的平均值作为试验结果,若一组中可用的测值少于两个,则该组试验应重做。

V. Calculation: The anti-abrasion index of concrete is expressed by anti-abrasion strength or wear rate.

★ The impact strength is calculated according to the formula (4.19.4-1):

T—— Cumulative test time, h;

★ The wear rate is calculated according to the formula (4.19.4-2):

In the formula: L%-wear rate,%;

M0-mass of test piece before test, kg;

MT——weight of test piece after test, kg.

★ Take the average value of the measurements of a group of three test pieces as the test result. If the difference between the single measurement value and the average value exceeds 15%, this value should be eliminated and the average value of the remaining two measurement values is used as the test result. If less than two measurements are available in a group, the test for that group should be repeated.


六、混凝土抗冲磨试验机结构与工作原理:

由机架、电磁调速电机、滑轮工作台、试验容器、水流搅拌器、试样成型筒等组成。

在电机工作情况下,通过电磁调速电机带动装有搅拌器的主轴旋转、搅拌器安装在试样容器中,试样表面放置不同规格的滚动钢球,搅拌器局部浸入水中,按照1200r/min的速度旋转搅动钢球,对试样产生摩擦磨损,以达到验证混凝土表面抗磨损的能力的目的。

是利用旋转水流冲击钢球,在预制混凝土表面形成钢球冲击磨损的试验,以测定各类混凝土表面抗水流冲击磨损的能力。

Structure and working principle of concrete anti-abrasion test machine:

It consists of a frame, an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, a pulley table, a test container, a water flow agitator, and a sample forming cylinder.

Under the condition of the motor, the spindle equipped with the stirrer is driven to rotate by the electromagnetic speed regulating motor. The stirrer is installed in the sample container. Rolling steel balls of different specifications are placed on the surface of the sample. The steel ball is rotated and stirred at a high speed to produce friction and wear on the sample to achieve the purpose of verifying the anti-wear ability of the concrete surface.

It is a test that uses rotating water to impact steel balls to form steel ball impact wear on the surface of precast concrete to determine the ability of various concrete surfaces to resist water flow impact wear.


七、混凝土抗冲磨试验机使用方法及注意事项:

★检查试验设备有无异常;检查设备附件是否齐备。

★按混凝土试件的成型与养护方法制备试件,允许骨料A大粒径为40mm,试验以三个试件为一组。

★试验前,试件需在水中至少浸泡48h。
